Adandiigbo 2018/2019 sets up a pad the girl child project
Hrm Nneoma Ocho Adandiigbo 2018/19 Pads up the girlchild
Hrm Nneoma Ocho the Adandiigbo 2018/19 ( most beautiful Igbo gilrl) and her state queens have embarked on a pad the girl child project with indigenous sponsors and a call for more sponsors to expand the scope of her project
The project which would see her travelling to several south eastern and south south communities where she is expected to give lectures and distribute sanitary pads to the girl child in these communities
Her assertion that the girl child deserves better in these trying times is aimed at reaching the girl child giving them hope and leaving them with her token gift .
The exercise kicked off from Egbema community where she was received by the king of the egbema community Hrh Eze Sylvester Okwordu and his royal assemblage .
The theme of the visitation exercise is girls are pearls ,the exercise which kicked off at Umudike comprehensive secondary school egbema is expected to cover communities of the sponsors of the project sponsors across Igboland .
The AdandiIgbo is expected to take its next trip to Ogbarhu community in Anambra state where the students of secondary schools are expected to benefit from the exercise
The delectable queen called on public spirited individuals to join the sponsors and ensure their communities come under the radar of these visitations
Top amongst sponsors so far that have worked to see this project come to light are barrister Chuks Otikpo, Steven Arukwe, Sam Okoli, Nze Buchi, Godspower Ubani, Ijeoma Etozie, Chizoba Etozie *Nifex* sanitary pad industries and *BT* resources more girls could benefit from this largesse by your participation hence the need to be part of this exercise in your own small way .

SEASON 14 STARTS IN GLORY
Abia Born Nneoma Ocho emerged as the season14 Adandiigbo the most beautiful Igbo girl She beat girls from other parts of Igboland to emerge Season 14 adandiigbo .
The event which started around 7 pm had veteran actor Steve Eboh as host Some Igbo professionals were given life time Achievement recognition .
Top amongst papers presented by speakers on the topic Educating the Igbo girl child a socioeconomic responsibility were Tochi Precious Friday from Igbo wikimedians and professor Anthony Oha
Adandiigbo pageant stands out as the first Igbo cultural pageantry and has revolutionised pageantry to appreciate the cultural heritage as well as the language consistently for the past 14 years with an effort to keep the Igbo nation together and build bridges across ethnic nationalities
To assist adandiigbo Nneoma Ocho achieve her purpose for the pageant year representatives for each of the south east and south south states were chosen .

BARRISTER DEBE ODUMEGWU OJUKWU ; AKPUNWA OF IGBOLAND
No oratorical dirges, odes nor requiem recitals can justifiably describe the vacuum created by the demise of Barrister Debe Odumegwu Ojukwu , Akpunwa of Igboland .
A man that took life as it was thrown to him and tried his best to keep the Odumegwu Ojukwu family legacy alive, despite the challenges he encountered both within and outside the family while growing up and as an adult .He believed in charting his own path despite his colossal pedigree .Hate him or like him, Barrister Debe Odumegwu Ojukwu was a clone of his father Dim Chukuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu both in physical appearances ,character and vociferousness .Debe saw it all ,and was proud of his heritage .
Despite being a son to a warlord father and a prominent grandfather, sir Louis Odumegwu Ojukwu who at the time of his birth was a self made billionaire . Debe worked hard to become a lawyer even joined the police to carve a niche for himself. He went on to successfully run the Ojukwu Transport company as incorporated by his grandfather Sir Louis Odumegwu Ojukwu .
Lions beget lions , Debe was unpretentious and many a times said what he had to say because he had a strong belief and convictions on his views ,Not a man to shy away from the bitter truth or responsibilities , Akpunwa , like his father , was desirous to make the society better and thought above personal gains .In all the hullabaloo that came up at the death of his father akpunwa was at the receiving end through no personal fault of his . What we have to copy from Barrister debes life is his live and let live attitude
He was a mentor to so many including my very self .I learnt a lot from his personal experiences and recounts
On becoming the grand patron of Adandiigbo cultural Pageant from 2012 to his death , Debe was particular about the empowerment of the girl child to build a better tomorrow for Nigeria,he always harped on the need to give the girl child the specialty training and preparedness for a better understanding of lives realities ,
Debe presented a shoulder and a purse for the empowerment of the girl child , the charity projects embarked on by the adandiigbo organization were well thought out and approved by him
Debe meant so much to different people ,and different organizations Debe Would be greatly missed by friends and foes alike
